During the summer, the guest house can accommodate groups of young people or adults, up to 25 people. The location, for its proximity to the historic town of Feltre, with its artistic and cultural heritage and the Belluno Dolomites National Park, with its environmental heritage, as well as comfortable surroundings, quiet and secure, makes it an ideal place to stay for groups, especially for young people. The institute offers several facilities and common areas.

Starting from 1st April 2018, the City of Feltre has imposed a Tourist Tax. For Holiday Homes, there will be a daily rate of € 0.50 per person, up to a maximum of 15 consecutive nights.

The institute offers the ideal accommodation for youth groups, school camps, scouts, allowing to carry out daily activities in the spacious indoor and outdoor spaces and the ability to provide meals, thanks to the kitchen and the dining room.
